Shipping Information

Processing Time: All orders are carefully prepared within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Please note we do not ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

Our Returns Policy

We take pride in offering jewelry that meets the highest standards, but understand that sometimes a piece may not be exactly what you envisioned. Our returns process reflects the same care we apply to selecting our gemstones.

Return Window: 15 days from receipt of your order

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please Note: Due to their custom nature, Gemstone Strands and Gemstone Sets cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. All sales of loose gemstone strands are final to maintain the integrity of our curated collections.

How to Return an Item

  3. Await approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship your return to our Omaha workshop using the provided shipping label
  5. Receive confirmation once your return is processed

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you of approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: typically within 24 hours
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re pleased to exchange items for different sizes or styles (subject to availability):
