Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: Due to the custom nature of our Gemstone Strands and Gemstone Sets, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. All sales of loose gemstone strands are final to ensure the integrity of our curated collections.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange
- Wait for approval – our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship your return to our Omaha workshop using the provided shipping label
- Receive confirmation once your return is processed
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable gemstone pieces.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or style (subject to availability). To process an exchange:
